automatically qualified for our easy financial and insurance
arrangements.
Financial Policies and Information
We offer the following choices of payment for you dental
treatment:
- For your convenience, we accept most forms of payment
– including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American
Express and
debit cards.
- A 5% discount will be applied to your bill if your
procedure totals more than $1000 and you pay for it
before the time of your appointment.
- We offer affordable financing through Help Card
and Unicorn Financial Services with a low fixed interest
rate of 5.9%. Don’t worry; plans are available for
people with a wide range of credit history, where no fees
apply and there are no prepayment penalties.
A Reminder About Dental Insurance
Our office is not involved with the agreement created
between you and your insurance company. We will offer you
the best advice and treatment to care for you. Our decision is
not based on your insurance coverage, but based on your
individual dental needs.
If your insurance company rejects a claim and declines to pay
for a service, it is not an indication of how important the
service is. It is based on a master contract drawn up
between your employer and the insurance company.
Our staff at the Dental Care Center will make every
effort to help you acquire the maximum benefits by timely
and efficient handling of your claims. A major principle in
our practice is to give you the best possible value in
dental care.
