Meet Our Dentists
David Greenberg, D.M.D.
Dr. Greenberg was born in Caracas, Venezuela during the time that his dad
had a practice there. He attended and graduated from the Bullis School in
Maryland. Dr. Greenberg received his Bachelors of Science from the
University of Georgia and later received a Bachelor of Science from
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He attended the University of
Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he received his DMD. He is a
graduate of the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry American
Academy of Implant Dentistry Maxi-Course. Dr. Greenberg is and active member
of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, American Academy of
Implant Dentistry, International Stomatognathic Honorary Alliance, American
Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry,
American College of Oral Implantology, Academy of General Dentistry, German
Association of Dental Implantology, Maryland State Dental Association and
the American Dental Association. Dr. Greenberg is also active in local
dental societies including the District of Columbia Dental Society, DC
Millennium Dental Study Club and the Chinese Dental Club.
Dr. Greenberg's hobbies include collecting and restoring antique and
classic cars, keeping abreast of the latest in aviation maintenance, and
scuba diving. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Dr. Greenberg and his staff maintain a commitment to excellence in oral

continuing education courses helps Dr. Greenberg and his staff, stay on top
of his field of implantology, cosmetic and general dentistry, so that he can
provide the highest level of care for his patients.
Alfred H. Greenberg, D.D.S.
Dr. Al Greenberg was raised in Washington, D.C. where he
attended Woodrow Wilson H.S. He than studied at the University of Georgia
and received a B.S degree. While serving in the U.S. Air Force Dr. Greenberg
attended the State University of N.Y. and received an A.A.S. degree in
Dental Laboratory Technology.
After completing his B.S., Dr. Greenberg married Halina and they went on
to attend the University of Pennsylvania where he received his Doctor of
Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S.) He and Halina than decided to establish a
practice in Caracas, Venezuela and Dr. Greenberg received his degree in
Dental Medicine and was the only North American dentist licensed to practice
in Venezuela during the fifteen years he and Halina resided there.
When the Greenberg family returned to the U.S. with David and Robin Dr.
Greenberg established a practice in Bethesda before finally settling in
Chevy Chase, Md. His son proudly joined him after also graduating from the
University of Pennsylvania.
The following is a list of organizations and societies that Dr. Greenberg

Odontologos de Venezuela. Dr. Greenberg has held staff positions in the
departments of Surgery at the following hospitals: (1)Holy Cross Hospital
(2) Suburban Hospital (3) Shady Grove General Hospital.
Dr. Greenberg enjoyed an international reputation during his years in
Venezuela. Both Drs. Greenberg speak SPANISH and continue to treat a wide
variety of international patients seeking "the Greenberg brand of dental
care".
His hobbies and interests have included theater, real estate development,
poetry, antiques, and recently, learning his way, with the help of Halina,
around a computer, while setting up the office web site.
